Answer

How do I verify the TVL a campaign brings is real?

Every deposit is attributed wallet-by-wallet on-chain; anti-sybil accounting uses time-weighted min(deposit, live balance), and rewards stream through a Merkle distributor contract anyone can inspect. Partners get a live dashboard of attributed TVL, flows, and payouts.

Three questions separate a measurable campaign from an asserted one, and they work on any provider. Is every depositing wallet listed on-chain, or only aggregated in a dashboard? Can the reward math be recomputed from public data by someone outside the team? And what happens to a wallet that deposits and withdraws the same day — does it still get paid? If the answer to any of them is a screenshot rather than a contract address, the number isn't verifiable, whatever it says.

On Barker, attribution is per wallet and time-weighted using min(deposit, live balance), so a wallet that withdraws stops accruing from that moment instead of being paid for a snapshot it no longer holds. Rewards are published as Merkle roots that users claim against, which means a third party can rebuild the entire distribution from chain data and the published root and check it matches. Partners also get a live dashboard, but the dashboard is a convenience — the chain is the record.
